With the summer days fast approaching this is the perfect meal to fill any belly. From getting the kids to enjoy their veggies, a cosy picnic for two or showing off your salad skills at the next bbq!

The worlds your oyster with sharing platters and these can be made as big or small as you like. Today we made ours for two, so double, triple or quadruple the amounts where needed, but be warned you may have left overs because these wraps are super filling.


Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes
Serving: 2-4 depending how hungry you are!

Half a cucumber, finely chopped
Half a red onion, finely chopped
Half a red chilli, finely chopped (maybe leave this out if its for the kids)
2 large handfuls of Rocket
1 whole cooked chicken
2-4 tortilla wraps 
4 tablespoons of mango chutney 

You will also need
A Tray, board or large serving dish
Small bowl for your chutney


  1. Add cucumber, red onion and red chilli into a large bowl and stir together.

  2. Using two forks pull and shred chicken.

  3. Place chutney bowl in the centre of your chosen tray and build around it.

  4. Once all your ingredients are in place, take a pic for the gram and tag @sharpsofsheffield
